Join us for a morning of relaxation and creativity at the beautiful Wild Sisters Wellness in Carmarthen.
We’ll start with a nice relaxing yoga session which is suitable for beginners or if you have an established yoga practice - or somewhere inbetween!
After a cuppa and cake we’ll move on to arrange a hand tied bouquet using flowers picked from our flower farm in Nantgaredig. No previous experience needed at all - we’ll show you how to pick the flowers you want to use and make the hand tied bouquet before wrapping the flowers to take home with you.

Terms and Conditions
The ticket for the workshop is non-refundable. If you can’t make it on the day, we can make a bouquet of flowers for you and arrange delivery or pick up.
We will ask you on booking if you have any dietary requirements and we’ll do our best to fullfill those requirements.
If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason, we will either refund you (if 7 days beforehand) or move the workshop date and give you a credit if it’s within 7 days.
